RETURN POLICY
You have 20 days to return any item or items in their original unopened package from the date of purchase.
You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and
restocking fees (20%). Any special orders may not be returned for any reason.
We must uphold this policy because we in return have to pay restocking fee's on these items.
NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Defective or Damaged Hardware
If a product is defective or damaged , we will ship another at our own
expense upon return of the defective item's.
Prior to shipping back any product we must be contacted either by phone at 888-784-7399 to obtain return instructions. Please Do not ship anything back with out prior authorization.
WARRANTIES:
COLONIALWORKS.COM limits all warranties or guarantees to those offered by
the manufacturer. Most of the Items we sell come with a 1 to 3 year warrantee
please consult with us about warrantee policies of individual products.
